Cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars as a result of own merit; in domain and so on construction obtained the widespread application has brought the obvious technology economic efficiency. But also has some problems in the production, therefore has to the cold rolling craft optimization and the control product quality research necessity.Modem optimization methods including taboo search, artificial neural networks, simulated annealing, Genetic Algorithms and Lagrange Relaxation Algorithm and so on; These methods involve to the following concepts such as physical evolution, artificial intelligence, digital physical sciences, nervous system and Statistical mechanics, etc. Suits the solution of some actual problems which can not be purely solved by using mathematical methods. In to cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars production craft and in the product quality research foundation, optimizes this complex actual combination optimization question in view of cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars craft parameter, by the product tensile strength and the elongation ratio took finally optimizes the goal,this paper had found the reasonable way which multi-objectives optimizes, has established cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars craft parameter optimized system based on the artificial neural network and simulated annealing—the improved genetic algorithm, thus may obtain the most superior craft parameter combination.Has conducted the thorough research to in artificial neural network BP algorithm, has made the improvement in view of its shortcoming from the structure and in the algorithm to the simple BP algorithm. Using the improved BP algorithm, has established the modelling and the simulation forecast subsystem which cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars craft optimizes, in which may establish the high accuracy, the high stable relational model, may accurately forecast cold rolled fibbed steel wires and bars product mechanics performance, the establishment relational model the knowledge source which will optimize as the craft parameter.In to the simple genetic algorithm earnest research foundation in, proposed a genetic algorithm improvement strategy. In the analysis the improved genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm after respective superiority, proposed one kind of highly effective synthesis simulated annealing—the improved genetic algorithm. In the modelling and the simulation forecast the subsystem in the foundation, has established based on simulated annealing—the improved genetic algorithm optimized subsystem, this system in view of the multi-crafts parameter and the double objective function cold rolled ribbed optimization question, may accurately carry on, the highly effective craft optimization.Elaborated the quality control background and the significance as well as the quality control necessity, in and has in the reason analysis foundation to cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars quality question, the process theoretical analysis and the actual production exploration, proposed some have the constructive cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars product quality control method.
