The steel bar bending parts are the main parts to connect and fix the rods or bars, whose level of quality have important influence on the performance of the reinforced concrete structures. As bending parts production gradually replaced by steel processing and distribution center construction site processing way, it’s put forward higher requirements about the quality of the reinforced bending.Vertical steel bar bending forming process is a new method of bending, it can processing complicated shape, large size, large side bending parts,which has wide development and application prospects.In this view, research the factors related to the vertical bending forming quality and find a way to improve the quality of reinforced bending has very important theory value and practical significance.The quality of the product acceptance standard of steel bar bending shaping mainly includes the size deviation and angular deviation, the angular deviation is larger affected by the springback angle.In this paper, rebar bending forming springback angle factors was analyzed based on the combination of rebar’s bending forming basic theory and process features.MSC.Marc software was used to establish the finite element model of the rebar bending forming system based on the elastic-plastic finite element theory, main factors was analyzed to research regularity and significance of influence on springback angle through orthogonal test. Field experiments were done as the field tests program, the springback angle of each group was measured by adjusting parameters,and regularity and significance of influence on springback angle caused by main factors was analyzed, which was used to compare simulation and verify the accuracy of the simulation.A prediction system about rebar bending forming springback angle based on BP neural network was established with the toolbox provided by Matlab software,whose samples were simulation results. A prediction interface about rebar bending forming springback angle based on neural network was developed with GUI interface in Matlab, which could be used to guide the actual bending production. At last, the significance of the 4 chosen test factor’s influence on rebar reverse bending springback angle was analyzed by orthogonal test range analysis method, with variance analysis of rebar forward bending orthogonal test simulation results. A program which used to reduce rebar reverse bending forming springback angle was proposed. The reverse springback angle meet the requirements of the deviation angle industry standard after simulation verification, meaning the improvement program proved feasible.In this paper, by adopting the combination of theory and simulation analysis method to establish the rebar bending model, analyze the rebound angle factors of rebar bending systematically, this research offers reference to the design and development of the same type steel bar bending machine. At the same time it also provides the support to steel processing and preparation of distribution method.
