China is one of the serious desertification nations with 27.32 percent of the territory arearid and semi-arid. Afforestation is one of the effective methods to recover the desertification.Tree deep planting is the best way to resume vegetation in arid and semi-arid areas. It will beimportant and realistic to study dynamic performance of auger-bit when it works for tree deepplanting, to establish and perfect the dynamic theory systematically under the interactionbetween auger-bit and soil, to clear the dynamic characteristic of auger-bit operation. Theresults can provide theoretical support and technique to design the earth auger for tree deepplanting, improve the machine performance and enhance the efficiency of afforestation.This paper studied the dynamic responding characteristic of auger-bit operationsystematically combined with the theory of geometry, kinematics, dynamics, soil mechanics,elastic mechanics, theory of vibration, differential equation, method of numerical valuecalculation, functional analysis, theory of simulation and application of computer. The mostlyresearches in the paper as following:This thesis regards longitudinal bore, lateral scrape, torsional cutting, resistance momentof ascend soil and exterior drive, dynamic parameters of auger-bit, operation condition forauger-bit, types of auger's tip and blade, character of soil ere as integrated dynamic boundaryfor the first time. The paper establishes the dynamics model under interaction between auger-bit and soil to the earth auger for tree deep planting according as vibration theory from theview of system dynamics, with finite element method.This thesis makes use of the method of Galerkin and method of local analysissitus throughtheory of Sobolev space in functional analysis to study existence of solution for the model andit's correlative problems; the solution of dynamics model under interaction between auger-bitand soil to the earth auger for tree deep planting is solved by using the method of numericalvalue calculation, consequently the model of numerical value calculation is established, whichis easy to be written program. The software of simulation of systematic dynamic characteristicunder interaction between auger-bit and soil to the earth auger for tree deep planting isinvestigated and developed for the first time by adopting the advanced language of computer,this software can be applied to simulate auger-bit dynamic characteristic for different types ofauger-bit for the earth auger for tree deep planting in different work conditions by debuggingcontinually boundary condition and basic parameters.The object of the research is the stand-up earth auger for tree deep planting, the thesiscompletes the dynamical vibration characteristic experimental study for auger-bit to the earth auger for tree deep planting for the first time by adopting the advanced system of data testingand analysis in the domestic. The dynamical model and the simulation software wereconfirmed with the results of experiment. The paper gives the influencing rule between primaryparameters and vibration characteristic for auger-bit by using single factor trial method.This thesis establishes the blade cutting mathematical model of auger-bit to the earthauger for tree deep planting according to the cutting theory and analyzes installing angle of theblade by using MATLAB, the range of the optimal installing angle is ascertained, the papertakes advantage of ANASYS to analyze the stress of the principal axis of auger-bit to the earthauger for tree deep planting, the optimization dimension for principal axis of auger-bit isobtained, according as the principle of optimization.According as theoretical analysis and testing experiment, based on experiment datum oflateral vibration, longitudinal vibration and fluctuating torque of auger-bit to the earth auger fortree deep planting in the testing experiment as well as results of situation, this thesis draws aconclusion in the well shape to the earth auger for tree deep planting: the auger-bit which istested (the diameter of aiguille screw: D=90mm, the diameter of principal axis of auger-bit:d=32mm, the distance of screw wing slice for ascend soil: H=70mm, the length of aiguille:L=1.5m, plane triangle auger's tip and angle of the blade: 45°), the rotation speed and thefeeding speed of the auger-bit is respective 360rpm and 0.045m/s in the well shape.Based on simulation and experiment, the thesis analyzes generally the rule of vibratingresponding in different condition and indicates the range of auger-bit vibration to the earthauger for tree deep planting in the normal shape for the first time: the range of vibratingdisplacement is±4mm, the range of fluctuating torque is±2.5N·m, in other words, if the levelof parameters chosen exceeds the range of the maximal vibrating value, the vibrating valuetrends rapidly increasing, the simulative machine can be in trouble.The thesis researches the theory of systematic dynamic characteristic and finishes a lot ofexperiments under interaction between auger-bit and soil to the earth auger for tree deepplanting, lucubrates and exploits independently the dynamical vibrating characteristicsimulating software of auger-bit to the earth auger for tree deep planting. The experiments ofsimulation is finished by using the software, the results of experiment show the adjustability ofthe software of simulation is very good, especially in the condition where the testingexperiment can't be put into practice, the results of the research will be most importanttheoretical significance and economic value to prevent desertification.
