Northeast pharmacy Corp. produces synthesizing pharmacy waste water 21000 m3 at present every day, include chemosynthesis and microbe-zymosis pharmacy waste water mainly. At the same time the exist waste water treatment establishment took the problems of overfull land occupancy and craftwork exhaust gas needed to be resolved. Furthermore the reuse request of treated waste water is more important with the higher cleaning manufacture criterion. Aiming at the Northeast pharmacy Corp. pharmaceutical waster water, a microbial treatment and reuse technology has been designed, on the thesis basis in the study achievement pharmacy waste water handles a technology at home and abroad.The mainly object of research and study is the chemosynthesis and microbe-zymosis pharmacy waste water, with the high organic concentration and high difficulty of degradation. Physical chemistry technology and microbial technology is in common use. Among them, microbial treatment technology gain the more study and the broadest applies, for the property characteristic of low contaminating and high-effect. Assembling the anaerobic and aerobic treatment technology in series, may bring whose respective advantage into play sufficiently, remedy the shortage, and become the main current treatment technology to high organic concentration waste water including pharmacy waste water nowadays. The effective, safe running, convenient operating technology, which can be applied in large scale actual project, become the effort direction in the pharmacy waste water treatment technology field home and abroad.The designed treatment process specifically for Northeast pharmacy Corp. pharmacy waste water and with a view of the enterprise reality is that: pretreatment+ composite hydrolyze acidification + composite aerobic process. Composite hydrolyze acidification, among them, adopt two-stage hydrolyze process. The first stage is the oxygen deficit inner cyclic reactor, with was leads into the biological filling. The pilot-scale experimental model designed in 10~25 m3/d. The experiment, lasting for 13 months, indicated that the average took off rate of COD in entire process is 84.2%, and may reach 91.1%, in stabilizing period, every process stage can bring the respective treatment function. The pilot-scale experiment carried out that the process is feasible to treat the synthetical pharmacy waste water. The experiment yet studied the most advantaged COD load, and the steady running in winter, and raw water saltness, and the technology to restrain the exhaust gas from hydrolyzation process.At the pharmacy waste water regeneration and reuses aspect, the pretreatment + pair of membrane process was ascertained, with analyzing and choosing, under consider the former pilot-scale test out-flow water quality and Northeast pharmacy Corp. using water quality. This technology research and the project actualization successfully, treat the waste water contaminant, promoted the water circulation within the enterprise, relieve the water supplying contradiction in Shen Yang City. Furthermore it also provides a technology valuable route for other large-scale pharmacy enterprise environmental protection governs.
