In this paper, against to the significant practical project needs such as the impact disasters induced by geological structure change under the complex environment of deep and high stress and man-made dug, it is of great significance to carry on macro and micro failure test and theoretical study on coal combination. With HuXi Mine deep coal as the object of study, using four different angle (0°,15°,30°,45°) combination of coal combination, the author carries on macro failure test in different confining pressures, and makes analysis of the effect on strength of coal combination under different angles and macro failure mechanism of coal combination; Through the uniaxial load by real-time CT observation and failure SEM picture of coal combination after the fracture load, the author analyzes different micro failure patterns, and make the conclusion that, with the increase of angle in interface of coal combination, the failure mechanism of coal combination give the first place to local brittle fracture mechanism, and then change to local brittle and ductile fracture mechanism, then the local brittle fracture mechanism go back to the main mechanism, in addition, the shear failure dominated the failure patterns of coal and rock, and then sliding failure in coal and rock's interface take the place; The author applies extended finite element method in numerical analysis to analyze the destruction characteristics of coal combination in different angle under the uniaxial load; Through the systematic experiments, numerical analysis and theoretical study, the author gets the law of effect on coal combination strength from coal rock interface in different angle, and proposes prediction equation of the inclined coal strength theoretical model.
