Through the method of combining together theory analysis .experiment research , numerical simulation and the on-the-spot mine pressure monitoring,according to geological structure terms and coal seam characteristic of depositting of ChanggouYu Colliery, this text confirms the support characteristic of flexible shield support under the thick coal seam with deep dip angle (35-50° , 5-8m ), activity law of the country rock , manifesting law of the mine pressure , exploiting technical parameter etc., Propose the exploiting technological scheme safely , improve the rate of extraction.Study shows that the exploiting coal method of flexible shield support in the side direction of slope falsly has good adaptability . It breaks traditional flexible shield support exploiting frame and the way of tunnel assigning , sets up the new coal mining system (Use two coal mining craft, mining way exploits in one exploiting field). Economic benefit and social benefit is remarkable. Combining many years practice experience of ChanggouYu Colliery ,while keeping the mine exploiting normally at present , this text put forwards three kinds of mining plans. Finally think that the tunnel blasting down roof coal basically overcomes the existing problem of exploiting method of the deep dip angle coal seam at present, haves stronger adaptability.
