| The dissertation focuses on experiment and simulation study on the preformed lateral junction system of level 6 multilateral, which is a part of the"863"High Technology Research and Development Program of China. Preforming and re-forming technology of preformed lateral junction system of level 6 multilateral is investigated systemically, based on lab experiment and simulation, comprehensive study on design and material selection and performing technology and re-forming technology of preformed lateral junction system of level 6 multilateral and so on. The main works are summarized as follows:1. Design and material selection preformed lateral junction system of level 6 multilateralMechanical supporting and hydraulic sealing and selective reentrance for the junctions is the key capability of preformed lateral junction system. The design and laterl leg material selectcion of preformed lateral junction system achieved these capabilities.2. Study on preformed lateral junction system manufacture technologyPreformed lateral junction system should be formed to designed profile OD by integrating either two sections of 7 inch. Then it is runned in reamed hole through the upper parent casing. At last, it is installed by re-forming to the original geometry to provide full API drift in both outlet sections. The suitable preformed lateral junction system manufacture technology is developed by the study on mould forming technology,which has a kind of profile.3. Simulation of preforming and re-forming technology of reformed lateral junction systemThere are some stress concentration points in the the forming and deforming process. Simulation was done on the basis of selected material strain and stress characteristic, boundary constraint and Force up condition. Simulation data could be the instruction for system design and lab experiment.4. Lab experiment of preforming and re-forming technology of reformed lateral junction systemThe lab experiment was finished to verify the feasibility of preforming and re-forming technology. The variation and distribution of strain and stress was known by lab experiment. The simulation data is verified, and it provides feasible references for the industrialization step. |
