This paper describes a novel composite shear wall system for moderate high-rise building construction and fire safety design for residential buildings. The factors of seismic behavior of steel moment-resisting frame with steel plate composite shear walls(SF-CSPSSWs) have been researched by mechanics. Through the relevant experimental study, numerical calculation and theoretical analysis, the construct rational form of SF-CSPSSWs and the mechanical model of SF-CSPSSWs was present. By the principles of fluid mechanics and theoretical model of smoke, the theoretical model of construction of residential building space form based on fire safety was set up. The main research work including:(1) The seismic behavior of SF-CSPSSWsThe hysteretic behavior, energy ductility and elastic lateral stiffness of SF-CSPSSWs with various buckling restrained designs were investigated experimentally by low cyclic loading. Through analysis of the experiment results, the main factors of the steel plate composite shear walls and the "T" shaped solid web composite columns in mechanical properties were summarized.(2) The shear, buckling and energy dissipation capacity of CSPSSWsAccording to the preliminary selection of experimental research, the impact factors of CSPSSWs were carried out a detailed test study by 8 specimens. Further clarify the impact of parameter indicators based on experimental foundation, bound for the establishment of mechanics model of CSPSSWs.(3) The seismic behavior of the special-shaped solid web composite columnsTo axial compression ratio and stirrup main parameters was carried out seismic performance by 3 specimens of the "T" shaped solid web composite columns. Through the mechanism of seismic and energy dissipation performance evaluation of several special-shaped columns, four design proposals were set to put forward. And for numerical simulation analysis, hysteresis model onstruction, mechanical model of the whole structure, the index parameters caused by cracking load, lateral stiffness, stiffness degradation index parameters were provided.(4) The mechanics model of SF-CSPSSWsBased on the test results and mechanism analysis, the influence factors of CSPSSWs have been studied used by the theoretical derivation and numerical calculation, and the formula of texture and structure selection was established. The numerical simulation analysis has been used on the impact of "T" shaped solid web composite columns shaped seismic behavior, and also the shear strength formula was set up by regression. Eventually the mechanical model were established for CSPSSWs, special-shaped solid web composite columns, and SF-CSPSSWs.(5) The optimization of SF-CSPSSWs structural systemAnnealing artificial neural network algorithm, the integrated optimization was used for mechanical model in (4) proposed. And carried out structural analysis of nonlinear static pushover and dynamic response of full scale numerical analysis model. Elaborating seismic energy dissipation mechanism of SF-CSPSSWs, the paper provided design and selection of parameters.(6) Residential heating unit fire and smoke movement law of lawsAccording to the characteristics of spatial structure of housing units, the law of temperature raise by fire and smoke flow rule indoor studied by experimental research, theoretical analysis and numerical calculations. The law of the fire spread and smoke flow were summaried. Focused on the residential space construction in the form, the discussion on the impact of fire spread and smoke flows was made. The fire safety evaluation was used to residential buildings built up with SF-CSPSSWs, and design recommendations were provides.
