The objects of blasting, the rock and soil are so complicated that it difficult to design and construct the rock and soil blasting with a constant method for blasting workers. At the same time, the process of blasting is very complicated too. The blasting will bring damages to nation and people if you make a mistake. In order to avoid the damages and improve the economic benefit and society benefit, blasting workers haven't stopped studying until a new blasting way is found to construct, which is simple and safe and dependable and suit for practical engineering. In order to realize the intelligent and automatic blasting, the fuzzy, neural network and expert system are studied in this paper. It contributes lots of profits to blasting theory and factual engineering.A new method of gaining the characters of rock and soil from the blasting drilling is studied, which is different from general methods and more economic and accurate than them. And a new rock classification is discussed, which involves fuzzy integrated judge method and the affecting factors of drilling. The characters of explosives and explosive-mixed truck are discussed systematically at the same time.Because of the complexity of blasting process, in order to make the blasting safe, high efficient and economical, some new methods such as the match of rock and explosive based on fuzzy inference, the match of rock and explosive based on fuzzy integrated judge and neural network and the optimizing match of rock and explosive based on fuzzy neural network are studied in this paper. And in order to acquire the best blasting effect, the optimizing method of blasting parameters based on fuzzy neural network is discussed in this paper, which considers rock characters, explosive characters and blasting requirements.The products of this paper are list as follows.1. Setting a measure device on the drilling machines, a new method of gaining the characters of rock and soil from the blasting drilling is gotten, which is economic and accurate and from which the characters of different parts of the blasting hole are got accurately. If this method is adopted, the work of geologic prospecting can be reduced before blasting construction, which saves a lot of engineering expense. And on the other hand, this method is more accurate than general ones, which is in favor of blasting construction and can reduce the mistakes and the accidents that are unwanted. And it is worthy to say that this method is very simple to realize and suits for practical blasting engineering.2. A new rock, classification based the rock drillability is discussed, which involves fuzzy integrated judge method and the affecting factors of drilling. It makes full use of the specialties of fuzzy theory. And it can avoid the bad blasting effect even the blasting accident for the shortage of geologic prospecting. Even the blasting engineering can be constructed safely without any geologic prospecting information. So it can be drawn that this method is efficient, economic and safe.3. The match of explosive and rock is studied by fuzzy inferring. And the intelligent matching system of the explosive and rock based fuzzy inferring is set up.4. It is difficult to study the match of the explosive and rock because of the complexity of blasting process. However, neural network method is propitious to do this thing because of its specialty. So the neural network method is adopted to solve the match of explosive and rock. The intelligent matching system of the explosive and rock based fuzzy integrated judge and neural network and the intelligent matching system of the explosive and rock based fuzzy neural network are set up in this paper. From the application of the intelligent system, another conclusion can be drawn that the system can meet the needs of practical engineering, and it is worth being adopted.5.
