In mountainous regions of China, the construction of tunnels across the mountain isincreasing, and various disasters caused by the surrounding geological and blastingexist. over-break and under-break phenomenon is more common, especially in soft rocktunnel blasting. Analyzing the influence factors of soft rock tunnel blasting effect, canoptimize the organizational structure and construction scheme and make thetunnel blasting and excavation safer and more efficient, to reduce the damage to thesurrounding rock, so as to reduce tunnel engineering cost.In this paper, in the stage of high frequency and large amplitude of surrounding rock,the relationship between advanced geological prediction and excavation blasting isstudied based on Shi-Bai highway Hua-Shigou tunnel project. GeologicalPrediction-Blasting and Supporting Query System is designed by Visual Basic language.Some kinds of mainly factors of affecting the blasting effect are analyzed by fuzzyanalytic hierarchy process. the hierarchical structure model of mainly factors isestablished for the Hua-Shigou tunnel blasting effect, and the weight of each affectingfactor index is determined. several solutions in the process of construction are evaluatedand the best solution is determined.In this paper, the fuzzy hierarchy structure model which conforms to the actualcharacteristics of similar projects is established. According to the weight of eachinfluence factor index, forecast information, blasting parameters and construction can beoptimized. Research on Geological Prediction-Blasting-Supporting Query System canimprove the efficiency of each tunnel construction organization, promote theinformatization of tunnel construction. |
