Building energy analysis is very important to building energy saving. Developed countries have marched at the ahead of China in building energy analysis. It has mature energy analysis software and standardized staffs in the US and in Japanese, and building design has to do energy analysis. The work of building energy analysis and its meteorological data in China is more deficient than that of other countries, and China is lack of professional energy analysis staffs and appropriate method, which restricted the development of energy saving.There are several detailed energy consumption computation methods in domestic and abroad, DOE,HASP and DeST are familiar to Chinese HAVC engineers. DOE and HASP have been developed over 20 years, but their use in China is only limited in research field, they are rarely used in building design. DeST which is developed by Qinghua University has not been spreaded in China yet. The reason is that these detailed methods need complex input, it's difficult to accomplish computation for a non-trained person or without much deliberation, and it's very easy to make mistakes. The status quo in China is that the government does not take building energy saving seriously or it put in little to energy saving, without the government interfere, it's difficult to produce professional energy analysis staffs, and it's difficult for the complex detailed software to be spreaded in China.So it's an urgent matter for China to develop and perfect simplified and practicable building energy consumption computation method, and this kind of voice is becoming higher and higher in HAVC field. In the simplified methods BIN method can compute energy consumption of winter as well as summer, and it can also compute energy consumption according to the run time, so it's easy to be accepted by the engineering staffs, and is easy to be spreaded in China. People think the BIN method's thought is good, and it's easy to use. But it's very rough in computing the radiation load though glass windows which has big proportion in the total load, people feel the necessity to perfect the method. So a new temperature, humility, radiation frequency (THRF) method is put forward in this paper, useful works have been done in this paper to spread the THRF method in China.At first, theoretical systems have been consummated. Hypothesis conditions inthe BIN and THRF method have been put forward. BIN and THRF method energy consumption computation is equal to the real energy consumption when the frequency distribution is symmetry distribution in a temperature range. Theoretical analysis has been made on the choice of frequency interval, choosing principle of frequency interval has been put forward.Improvement has been made to the energy consumption calculation of radiation load through glass windows. The original method makes a hypothesis that the load exists linear relationship with the temperature. This paper gives the statistical relationship between the hourly temperature and the radiation load factor according to different cities, different running time, different directions through a great deal of data. That relationship can be directly used in the new THRF method to improve the correctness of the energy consumption, and statistical data to calculate energy consumption of cool storing air conditioning system is also given in this paper. The correctness is developed and at the same time consummated the system of energy consumption computation method. In order to popularize the THRF method, a speediness handy computation THRF method has been presented, and all the data has also been provided. So with the accuracy becoming higher, the method becoming more simplified. At the same time, visual Basic program and corresponding handbook have been worked out to spread the THRF method.
