Based on the up-to-date research results of sediment movement, the non-equilibrium ,non-homogeneity two dimensional numerical model for full sediment has been developed. and by which the water sediment movement and river bed changing of Chong Qing Section of Yangzi River were simulated. According to the eddy mass mode, a new formula was developed for calculating viscidity coefficient as follows: At the same time, based on the energy balance principles, we construct a river width expanding equation :Also introducing the formulae to calculating the carrying silt capacity of suspension sediment proposed by Hongwu Zhangand the formulae to calculating the rate of transportation of bed load given by Junhua ZHANG and Hongwu ZHANG Taking improvements to math model of area in frond of San Xia dam. The calculating results using the testing information from undistorted model of Hong Sing section and using prototype observation information indicate that the stream wise water table, sectional velocity distribution and channel sedimentation from the model coincide well with prototype size of that. Those will provide basic theory for study regulation of water and sediment movement.
