The dissertation offers the research on the basic theory of digital ultrasonic test system and its automatization.The system based on ultrasonic board realized ultrasonic test intelligentizing and imaging.The ultrasonic imaging and flaw recognition method were designed and archived by presenting the high-speed sampling and real-time processing of the ultrasonic signal.The automatization of the ultrasonic test system was improved based on the robot technique, error compensate and control strategy. The dissertation developed a new property right system depended on the project "The rod automatically ultrasonic test system based on waterlogging".The project was born out of project "The research of ultrasonic test system used for war industry".Chapter one analyzes the development of digital ultrasonic test.According to advanced manufacturing technology and the background of project task.the necessity of article was discussed.Then the object and contents of the dissertation were given.The overall project of digital ultrasonic test system was discussed too.Chapter two analyzed the character of digital ultrasonic test.The model of digital ultrasonic test based on ultrasonic board was developed.According to digital ultrasonic test system,the model of digital ultrasonic test was set forth.The chapter disscused the technology of hardware independence and templated process planning.In chapter three,The kinematics model and control strategy were built.The multiple spindle ultrasonic test robot used servo control system.Kinematical analysis of control system was put forward.The compensate method of robot and its tolerance technology were disscussed.Composite control system based on FCS and DCS was developed.Chapter, four introduced ultrasonic flaw qualitative analysis technique and quantitative analysis technique.Ultrasonic image processing and frequency domain analysis technology were discussed.According to visualization and digitization,the combination imaging and flaw recognition method were analysed.The theoretical model of vitual ultrasonic spectrum analyzer was established.In chapter five,The conception of Virtual Ultrasonic Test(VUT) was put forward.It analyzed the character of Virtual Ultrasonic Test and its function.The flow of VUT was discussed. VUT was based on digital ultrasonic data,virtual instrument and VISC.The process of ultrasonic test was rebuilt based on virtual instrument andVISC.The model of VUT realized through the data got from ultrasonic test and its data manipulate instead of the frame of Vitual Reality.This article developed one realizable economic theory of Vitual Test method in ultrasonic test. VUT was helpful for improve reliability of ultrasonic test.In chapter six,Profiling measurement technology was set forth.To solve ultrasonic test of alterable diameter rod owned arc transition,profiling rack and software profiling measurement were proposed.To increase precision of profiling measurement,an adaptive encryption technique was proposed.Test scheme of rod was introduced.The flow of composite material detect and its profiling measurement technique were discussed.Chapter seven,Multi-Specimen ultrasonic test can improve test efficiency.Model image was created through average of multi-images based on ultrasonic vision.The model image included one gray-level image and one bilevel image.The bilevel image improved the speed of image registration.The average of multi-images avoided the disturb of noise and boundary wave.Alterable precision maximal mutual-information registration algorithm based on barycenter realized bilevel image registration was developed.The image registration arithmetic based on character points and barycenter was put forward too.The relative merits and applicability of these two arithmetic were discussed.As an example of these method,multi-forging ultrasonic flaw recognition was discussed.The conclusions of this dissertation were summarized in the last chapter.At the same time, some problems to study in future were put forward.
