The ship stabilization is one of an important topic about ship and ocean structure .On the condition of the home and abroad ,the technique of antirolling increasingly maturation and come to sophisticated, but the the problem of antipitching is not settled well. Finding an efficient methods is very significant of the carrier aircraft debarking and landing, the ship habitability, navigation and safety.This paper select the π rudder as the device of antipitching. Firstly, the ship longitudinal motion coupled equation about heaving and pitching two degree of freedom is built on the basis of strip theory, it offers the mathematical model for the study of the antipitching. Then, the modeling of the wave disturbing force and moment is built by refinement algorithm of recurrence least square method which builds the foundation of the extended stochastic optimal control and gives the study and analysis for the prediction of the wave disturbing force and moment. It has engineering practical value. Afterwords, it uses classical stochastic optimal control and extended stochastic optimal control to study antipitching control by π rudder, which including the prediction of the ship longitudinal motion using by classical Kalman filtering and extended Kalman filtering, In the end, introduce the general predictive control (GPC) to the study of antipitching by rudder and discuss the general predictive control algorithm of antipitching by rudder on the basis of state space model. All rhe research effort of this paper is verified on the Matlab6.1 simulation platform and it gives the simulation verification conclusion.It is verified by theoretical analysis and lots of simulation conclusion that the extended stochastic optimal control is superior to classical stochastic optimal control in antipitching by rudder. Both extended stochastic optimalcontrol and general predictive control can get satisfactorily control effect, but the general predictive control is more computation simplicity, quickspeed, utility,better control effect and well robustness. As a new optimizing control technology, general predictive control has the advantage of model demanding simpleness, online computation facility and comprehensive control effect well. The general predictive control must has extensive application challenge.The research findings and conclusion of this paper has important guiding significance to the antipitching by rudder of the ship.
