The ship stabilization is one of an important topic about ship and ocean structure .On the condition of the home and abroad ,the technique of antirolling increasingly maturation and come to sophisticated, but the the problem of antipitching and antirolling is not settled well. Finding an efficient methods is very significant of the carrier aircraft debarking and landing, the ship habitability, navigation and safety.In order to control the roll and pitch of ship,a mathematics model of roll an pitch control by slanting rudders were developed in the thesis.All hydrodynamic parameters in the model were calculated by strip method.The modeling of the wave disturbing force and moment is built by refinement algorithm of recurrence least square method which builds the foundation of the extended stochastic optimal control and gives the study and analysis for the prediction of the wave disturbing force and moment. It has engineering practical value.Because the classics LQG controls based on different state estimation results sub process brought from different disturbance inputted model, the original model and interference model were merged into a new system model by introducing white noises in normal distribution.For the new extended system,the steady state extended Kalman filtering plus matrix and the steady state extended stochastic optimal control plus matrix are obtained by a Linear Quadratic Gaussian (LQG) method. Besides,this article analyses relation of slanting rudder's angle and pitching. All rhe research effort of this paper is verified on the Matlab 7.0 simulation platform and it gives the simulation verification conclusion.It is verified by theoretical analysis and lots of simulation conclusion that using the extended LQG control method to realize anti-pitching and anti-rolling by slanting rudder is feasible and efficacious in the engineering application. extended LQG control method is more computation simplicity, quickspeed, utility,better control effect and well robustness than other method. As a new optimizing control technology, LQG control method control has the advantage of model demanding simpleness, online computation facility and comprehensive control effect well.
