This thesis studied the vibration problem of mild hybrid system shafts coupledby the engine and electricity system, according to the characteristics of mild hybridsystem structure of HEV. The reason and characteristics of vibration were analyzed, such as torsional vibration etc. Complete understand was promoted as to it's thecoupling characteristic and the vibration regulation , and the detailed theories wereprovided for design ,diagnosis and control of vibration and noise. The crankshaft system' dynamic characteristic of TJ376QE gasoline and HEVwere studied by FEA. The model was constructed including the parts such ascrankshaft and rotor etc., and the mode analysis was proceeded .The dynamiccharacteristic of hybrid system under free condition and at the operating status wasstudied, and was contrasted with TJ376QE gasoline. The model was constructed including flexiable crankshaft and the rigidpiston-concord ,rigid rotor, and multi-dynamics analysis model of hybrid system wasconstructed . The three-dimensional vibration of hybrid system under engine modewas simulated, and the analysis result was verified by the test.On the basis of characteristic parameters of motor, the research was completelyproceeded of hybrid system' dynamics characteristic under mechanical-electric .Thehybrid system' dynamics characteristic was studied when motor were two differentkinds of mode from help to push, and were contrasted with engine mode and somebeneficial conclusion were drawn .The analysis of vibration influenced byelectromagnetism parameters was proceeded. At the same time, and the dependableanalysis between the rotor and crankshaft was calculated.According to the result of theories and the problems relevant to vibration andnoise in practice, a series of experiment research were proceeded. Contrasted with ofthe experiment, the result of theories was consistent in quality with it. At the sametime, the influence experiment research of the machine surface vibration and noiseunder the electromagnetism function and the system function in instantaneous statusof motor were proceeded.Aiming to optimize the torsional vibration, analysis of torsional vibration underdifferent inertia of rotor was done .The theory study about that different pulleyinfluence torsional vibration was preceded. The further optimum was done bychoosing reasonable damper parameters, and some beneficial suggestion for theconstruction design of motor was put forward.
