It is well-known that the modern cable-stayed birdge has evolved into the moust popular birdge type all over the world because of its special advantages. Trun into 21 century, our country a great progress has made in the construction of a cable-stayed bridge. At present there are 7 bridges in China amoung the first 10 longest-span cable-stayed bridges in the world. It shows that our country keeps ahead in the construction ability of cable-stayed bridges. With the new wave of cable-stayed bridge construction in our country, the construction capacity of cable-stayed bridge is called for higher level.Function of construction control is a connection between that of the design and construction. It is not noly one of the most important works but also one of the most difficulty works during construction of a cable-stayed bridge. To raise the level of the technologies of construction control have great signifieace for better quality and less expense in bridge construction.The thesis deals with a theory and some research on key technologies of construction control of PC cable-stayed bridges. A software for general use is also developed.First, a construction control system can be divided into 4 subsystems, i.e., simulation analysis subsystem, site measurement subsystem, parameter identification subsystem and adjustment subsystem. And then research is perform on theories and key technologies for each subsystem. Finally, a software for the whole control system is developed and introduced.Yamen cable-stayed Bridge is a prestressed concrete structrue with main span of 338 meters. The bridge has two towers and a single cable-plane. Actually, the birdge has the longest span among all bridges with the same type in Asian.In this work, the research is conducted based on construction control practice of The Yamen Bridge. The theoretical innovations and main technological results are summarized as follows:A, Simulation analysis for on the process of construction(1) Simulation analysis for on the process of construction with form traveler and considering of non-linearity effectsFirst, Simulation analysis method for the process of construction with form traveler is established.
