In the development of precise and super-precise grinding and grinding automation, the grinding wheel on-lined dynamic balance is an indispensable key technique, has the important significance and the broad application prospect in the production.In the current on-lined balance device, the control is based on the Top-Top value of vibration signal in time field, because of the existence of interference, times frequency weight and not whole times frequency weight, the Top-Top amount of time domain vibration measurement is not the real vibration amount, for this reason control algorithm that adopts the top-top value in the time field exists principle error. The current machine dynamic balance control system adopted automatic search algorithm or PID algorithm and realized by the computer (or single trigger), its calculation speed is slower, balance time is longer, the real time capability is bad, balance precision is low, robust is not good.This paper researched a mechanical on-line dynamic balance instrument, which controlled by the microcomputer; the balance device has stable precision; parking and restart can maintain balance. This system applies TMS320C240 digital signal processor as the cores, applying the SZ-5 type press electric acceleration sensor which horizontally installed at the grinding wheel covering exanimate vibration of grinding wheel revolving, recognized the signal of the grinding wheel using the method of precise frequency spectrum analysis, and obtain the real value of grinding wheel unbalanced signal, adopt the sliding mode changed construction method to control the double constant magnet DC motor when the grinding wheel is in the high speed...
