As a kind of reinforcement technique which is used frequently , conglutinated steel reinforcement is applied in projects widely . The study of deep-seated problem in conglutinated steel reinforcement is pot task . By a mass of experimental investigation and calculational analysis , this paper carrys through in-depth research which aims at conglutinated steel reinforcement column grouting material . anchoring length of column reinforcement angle iron . reinforcement effect and enduring strength performance . During the case of analysis , weightily valuable data and results are brought forward. This study processes importantly referenced merit towards building the design criterion of this type of reinforcement method and actualizing of this type of reinforcement construction . The important study labor and innovative production of this paper are :(1) Manufacture triumphantly a group of inorganic grouting material-composite grouting material , it includes three types, which are apart applied in different situation . Thereinto G type grouting material is applied in grouting of encased steel , M type material is applied in surface disposal,affixing and pressurizing , L type grouting material is applied in anchoring of steel which connect encased angle iron . The experiment bears out their reinforcing effect and constructing convenience is comparatively better than chemistry grouting material , otherwise the price of composite grouting material discendes in great degree , they can replace oxygen resin and applies in grouting of encased steel reinforcement . By compare of diversified grouting material , the synthetical capability of composite grouting material is better .(2) The paper carrys through five groups (ten components) and brings forwards the anchoring length of different grouting material . Compares of four aspect (the strength of grouting material . convenience of construction . antiageing . oecumenical performance ) diversified grouting material , the integrated capability of composite L type anchoring material is best . The experiment provides important gist for design of this type reinforcement method and construction .(3) Towards epibolic steel reinforcement concrete short column , the experiment results analysis indicate that in the case of high axis strength press ratio framework curve descendent segment gradient of component stagnant curve comparatively precipitous . The ductility of component is comparatively bad . High hoop reinforcing steel bar ratio has remarkable impact to stagnant curve . For the component which has high hoop reinforcing steel bar ratio , it's stagnant cunve presents steady and plump shuttle shape . The circulation time is excessive and intensity attenuates slower .
