Electric energy is the most popular energy in modern society. Using degree is a flag to a country development. It's very significant for economic development to research on power energy quality. The electric energy problems can be indicated by the power system waveforms distortion. The power system waveforms distortion causes are come from the next several situation. The low power factor are caused by inductive character loads . The more and more nonlinearity loads cause the current waveforms severe distort. The three-phase asymmetry loads cause the three-phase imbalance. These Power qualities problems cause by consumers.The rectify works of power system waveforms distortion are introduced in the paper on several aspects.From waveforms distort viewpoint the power quality problems are analyzed in low-voltage power system. The power quality issue can be explained from this point. The harms of power quality issue are explained. Particularly, the mathematics transform used in power system waveforms rectify is introduced.The harmonics magnifying must be taken into account when the general compensation in the power system which accords with the nation standard. In order to dispose harmonics magnifying, the reactor is used in power capacitor circuit. How to choose the reactor are particularly discussed. The reactor value choosing method of capacitor and reactor circuit resonance frequency point in series is put forward. When the harmonics violate the nation standard in power system, the harmonics magnifying and power filter must be taken into account. The design program and example of passive filter are given. The new viewpoint and design method are approved by simulations.The neural network methods are used in factor and three-phase imbalance general compensation. Neural network with Sigmoid activation function is compared with that one with RBF(Radial Basis Function) activation function. In despite of...
