Along with the structure of system more complex, the function more perfect, automation degree more high, brittleness is more becoming a serious phenomena. When the brittleness of system is motivated, it will lead the whole system to collapse. It will bring the whole system lost that is not measured. Thus analyzing the reason of brittleness being motivated, come into being mechanism, distinguish and evaluation of brittle source, the necessary condition of brittleness being motivated and so on becomes a big matter.In this paper, apply cellular automata and chart theory to build the brittle model of system and simulate of different system. Studying the relationship of average state parameter and the number of brittle source. Studying the relationship of average state parameter and brittleness being motivated size. Studying the direction of brittleness being motivated. Studying the relationship of the average state parameter distribution and brittleness being motivated. Give the method to seek the brittle source. Studying the relationship of brittleness of system and self-organized criticality. Bring the viewpoint that system is in the state of self-organized criticality when brittleness being motivated. And make sure this viewpoint by two ways as follows: (1) The power law relationship of collapse size and its frequency; (2) Long road relativity of time serial of system. And given the judge condition of brittleness being motivated. Given the spread mode of brittleness of system. Based on the fuzzy analysis hierachical process to estimate the brittle source of system.
