Building is an architecture product at the request location and concrete human geography environment, organizing personnel, apparatus and material once, and being completed during a comparative long time and space course. Building construction technique is a technique including the whole process from breaking ground to begin to work end the building product take shape, and is an all-around practical science. The characters of oneness, fixity, tremendous volume and long production period of the building itself result in great difficulty in building construction activity and bring forward formidable task on the investigation and development of construction technique. In this paper, three major technique difficulties and hotspots, namely, deep foundation pit engineering bracing technique, the reinforced concrete bored cast-in-place pile's construction technique and steel structure's manufacturing and installing technique, are chosen to be investigated and applied in detail from two aspects. One is from the theory of construction technique, giving the construction craft and key technique points a detail theoretical research and analysis summary. The other is from angle of practice with the actual project of International Meeting Exhibition Center of Wuhan, carrying through some corresponding investigation and application, besides, giving the application results corresponding summation and analysis. The main contents that this thesis involves are as follows:1. Applied investigation of deep foundation pit engineering bracing techniqueAccording to the basic principle of soil mechanics, established the soil pressure calculating formula of the foundation's bracing structure on the basis of Langken soil pressure theory, deduced the calculating of the pump and drain water quantity of deep well tube well water declining in complete well or non-complete well, the equivalence decline depth line figure inside and outside of the pit and the calculating formula of ground settlement value on account of water declining. According to structure engineering and rock-soil engineering theory, established the calculating formulae of deep foundation pit bracing structure design, foundation pit stability check computation, re-slippage stability check computation, re-hunch stability check computation and bracing structure deformation. On the above theoretic calculating basis, the design programs and procedures of deep foundation pit bracing structure and deep well declining water is given, furthermore, the familiar type and its application condition are also brought up in the form of table.With considering the geological and hydrological character of Wuhan region, the decisive technique problem of bracing of deep foundation pit engineering, the design and construction of declining water in soft soil region are discussed, and the problem of deep thick soft soil, soil and rock combination foundation pit, pit wall seeping, quick ground, the treatment of pressure water are summarized and analyzed thoroughly, besides, the corresponding solution are also put forward.
