Deep foundation pit technology meets lots of problems such as the distance of adjacent buildings; excavation depth; construction conditions; the hydrogeological conditions in jobsite; the excavation affected by soil interaction buckling deformation and seepage of complex problems etc. All above are analsized in background of foundation pit engineering used in the China international trade center phase 3 B stage. As well as application of the deep foundation pit technology in urban construction is analsized deeply.It is concluded that different deformation of retaining structure of foundation pit and different soil pressure are obtained when depth of the foundation pit are different. The conclusion is provided by the deep foundation pit retaining structure analysis model. The analyzing processor provides the basis for choosing appropriate supporting form of foundation pit.Limit equilibrium method study is used in the stability of excavation and supporting structure as well as the stability coefficient calculation processor. By using the displacement analysis for calculation, the deformation and internal force of retaining structure design parameters, and to adjust and optimize the design according to the results of the study.Methods of “precipitation + the foundation pit stop water heavy curtain ", "super high pressure rotary hydraulic mud between pile + revetment pile" and observation well located of the foundation pit where is sensitive to the lateral deformation are all used in view of the actual seepage problems of research on the effects of foundation pit excavation.The closed to cut off the pit stop water heavy curtain inside and outside the hydraulic connection,diving in the foundation pit and in the first layer of confined water effective emissions and water level observation on a regular basis are all achieved.The original building on the slope protection pile reinforcement stress, anchor tension monitoring, slope protection pile inclined side observation, slope protection pile position change of underground water level observation, observation, to set up the early warning system, ensure the safety of the near full and stop water heavy curtain buildings.
