With the development of national economy and joining in the World Trade Organization (WTO), railage has encountered many growing chances, but it has subjected to impacting of aviation and speedway, and its qualitity, speediness, safety, comfort, have been required highly with the improvement of the living standard of the people.So the batch speed-up plan and passenger dedicated railway line and high speed railway have been carried out in recent years. Improving the vehicle running speed relates to many question, and lots of technique difficulty needs to conquer, one is to ensure the stationarity and safety at the same time when the vehicle is running at the higher speed. When the train's running speed is high, the effect of long wavelength track irregularity on the train vibration is obvious. To improve the riding comfort of vehicle is difficult with the long irregularity wavelength of track.The high speed vehicle is requested to have the ability to improve the vibration performance, especially to the lateral vibration performance.Suspension system is the critical parts relating with the vehicle vibration performance. The intelligent suspension that can put up the real time control according to track irregularity and the vehicle's running state is an important approach to improve the stationarity and safety and comfort of the vehicle. Semi-active suspension can use the damp-varing damper to realize the damp real time control, and it has fine controllability, lower power consumption and simple structure, so it has been the research hotspot in the intelligent suspension field, and many researchers has paid more attention to the technique. Using the theorical analisis, numerical simulation and experiment, the dynamic character of variable damper, the dynamic charater of semi-active suspension to vehicle and the control strategy of semi-active suspension and the design of control system are studied in the dissertation, which is consisted of:...
