As a physical method, the analytical technique of atomic fluorescent spectrum could analyze the content of the element by utilizing emission and absorption spectrum reflecting the atomic characteristic. It is a modern analytical technique, which refers to the multiple knowledge, such as spectroscopy, chemical metrology, computer application and automation etc. While the traditional multichannel HG-AFS (Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer) measures multiple elements in step, the precision and the Detection Limit of the system are not as good as that of the single channel HG-AFS, the designs of Balance Between Channels and Channels Merger based on the multichannel HG-AFS(application No of patents: 200510067966.8 and 200510067965.3) had been provided and realized, and the four-channel HG-AFS had been developed. The main study work and productions are as follows:1. The HG-AFS with four channels has been designed and realized successfully. The igniting lamp-house adopts the HCL, which could be modulated by electricity. It could heighten the intensity of the lamp-house, meanwhile, it could prolong the life of the lamp-house; Through using the shielding atomization device at low temperature, it could raise the efficiency of the atomization; The optical path adopts the nondispersive optical system in order to heighten the intensity of the fluorescent signal; The detection system adopts the blind photomultiplier tube to carry on the accurate photoelectric conversion; The design of software adopts the thought of modularization. The results of performance test for the instrument indicate its main technical parameters have already reached the level of the congener domestic and foreign products.
