With the purpose of achieving automatic and intelligent supervisory control of the power system for structure moving, this dissertation mainly deals with software and hardware design, pressure control algorithm, structure state monitor and control strategies, track settlement and compensation. The functions and performances of the equipment are verified by engineering applications. The main contents and contributions of this dissertation are listed as follows:(1) The structure moving processes, including structure underpinning, structure separation, synchronous motion, location and connection, are investigated. It especially analyses anti-overturn caused by wind loading and presents the force calculation method in moving engineering by rollers.(2) A distributed control system containing hardware and soft platforms is established. The hardware platform is composed of industrial computer, programmable logical controller and hydraulic control system, and the software platform is consisted of monitor and structural analysis software. Then the hydraulic control system and distributed supervisory control system are designed. The system can accomplish pressure and position double closed loop control.(3) A grey prediction model using equal-dimensional new information is formulated based on metabolic principle. The forecasting concept is extended to future and past forecast. Integrated grey prediction and fuzzy controller, a switching grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm is proposed to control pressure. Simulations and experiments show that it not only improves response time but also reduces overshoot.(4) Multi-information fusion supervisory control system is designed using similarity cluster. The multi-information contains speed, changing trend, pose and synchronization. Distance, speed and acceleration are all considered in the similarity calculation. The control strategies under different situations are also proposed. This investigation improves automatic and intelligent level of this structure moving power system.(5) Based on the theory of elastic groundsill beam, the equations of settlement for track with centralized loading are formulated.
