With the high speed development of our country's economic construction, the quantities of basic correlative project are sharply increasing. In order to solve the problem of lifting and horizontal movement in engineering construction and the conflict between project layout and building in existence, many large-scale lifting and horizontal movement devices are needed urgently, which can undertake above-cited mission. However, it is leading to apply for facility devices and hire entire devices from overseas companies at present.Because of investment, technology, and other factors, the manufacture of those devices is still vacant at home. For the research of lifting and horizontal movement devices which are in possession of independence knowledge property right, and making up domestic vacancy, the theme of developing large-scale building lifting and horizontal movement engineering devices is put forward. Based on analysis and research to work principle of building lifting, distributed electro-hydraulic proportional control hydraulic system is designed. Based on theory research and simulation analysis to control strategy, it proves that grey prediction fuzzy control is feasible in building lifting projects.Firstly, based on deeply understanding construction demand, the text analyses work principle and technology demand of lifting devices and design distributed electro-hydraulic proportional control hydraulic system. Do the deep theory analysis to electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reduction valve's work states, which is the core in electro-hydraulic proportional control system. Secondly, based on analysis to common control strategy's advantages and disadvantages for hydraulic transmission and control, grey prediction fuzzy control is selected. By setting up system's mathematic model and computer simulation, the feasibility and the reliability of grey prediction fuzzy control are validated.In the end, the hardware system of distributed electro-hydraulic proportional control system, configurable control system and PLC control system are conceived for monitoring and controlling to various parameters in actual lifting construction.
