The applications of Interconnected Structure is One of the trend of modern high rise building. There have two forms of bearing vertical loads in interconnected structure, which are lower bearing-load structure and upper bearing-load structure. In this article, deformation control of upper bearing-load structure with upward construction order and formwork deformation control of lower bearing-load structure was discussed.The traditional construction order of building structure is reversed to the direction of force transformation, such as applying upward construction order to the construction of lower bearing-load structure or applying downward construction order to the construction of upper bearing-load structure. The traditional construction order was broke in this paper. Through the finite element method, the construction order of upper bearing-load structure has been analyzed. The method of analysis of construction order of upper bearing-load structure, especially the method of analysis of the upward construction in which initiative control was applied and the simulation of load transformation, was brought forward. From the result, the conclusion was drew that applying upward construction to upper bearing-load structure is available and when used initiative control in the process, the internal force state was consistent with the design mode in which the whole structure bear the load as a unite. In order to applying the technique of deformation control to the construction of upper bearing-load structure in upward construction order, various techniques of deformation control had been analyzed and researched. A kind of new technique of deformation control used inclined tension cable in the construction procedure was available and further discuss about how to simulate the control by the finite element method and the what was the procedure was made in this article.In the practice of applying the techniques of the building of Jiangsu Postqqal Communication DirectorCenter., The techniques and corresponded analysis method were further discussed. A kind of new technique of deformation control was created by combining the technique of inclined tension cable with the technique of formwork at high altitude. Through the experimentation in the process of load transformation and the contrast analysis of economy, the conclusion was drew that the deformation control had been successfully applied in the construction of Jiangsu Postal Communication Director Center and the technique had brought about distinct economy.Concerning lower bearing-load structure, the effect brought from construction order and stillness of formwork in internal force state of lower bearing-load structure had been analyzed and studied. To solve the problem of formwork deformation in the structure at high attitude, applying inclined truss formwork support to control the deformation was available. The technique was discussed and was successfully used to corresponding building structure construction.
