Choosing the control system of military vehicle safety performance inspection as the research object, the dissertation builds the digital terrace of military vehicle inspection. The project mainly studies the methods of intelligent inspecting system's signals picking up and processing, the synchronization schedular arithmetic for multiple inspection work places, and the methods how to improve software developing efficiency for military vehicle inspecting control system. The system integrates the vehicle inspecting and management information of military vehicle inspection stations, uses rough set theory to evaluate the vehicle's safety performance, and early-warns the vehicle latent troubles. We develop the military vehicle safety performance inspecting system based on the network, and then apply it to the military vehicle inspecting task. The major contents and research results are as follows:1. Building the digital terrace for military vehicle safety performance inspection based on the network. It provides the efficient solution to changing from on-line distributed inspecting mode to on-line long-distance inspecting mode based on the network, and expands the contents of the new generation vehicle inspecting system.2. Applying the soft-sensing technique (linear regression analysis) to disposing of vehicle inspecting facilities'analog output. It gets the magistral variables by studying the indirect data, and can solve the problems of non-linear existing in intelligent facilities'analog output on-line.3. Applying virtual inspecting technique and real-time multitasking to adjusting multiple tasks of work place. Using virtual inspecting and multithread techniques, the inspecting flow of each work place in the military vehicle inspection system achieves its comparative independence and harmony, and the vehicle inspecting capacity is improved greatly.4. Improving the developing efficiency of military vehicle inspecting system by sensortronic integration—COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf). The system hardware and software integration based on COTS and standardization provide a support to sensortronic integration.5. Integrating the control network and data management network to share and exchange vehicle inspecting information. We bring forward mixed mode vehicle inspecting system network frame based on C/S and B/S.6. Applying multi-grade fuzzy synthetic evaluation to evaluating the vehicle safety performance and early warning the vehicle latent troubles. Using rough set theory, Assess the vehicle safety performance,and consider all factors affecting the vehicle's safety performance. Put forward a fuzzy information density concept. For a target parameter, while the fuzzy information density is bigger, the measurement error scope allowed will be bigger. Build the hierarchy-analysis model for the vehicle safety performance affecting factors, and use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to get the factor's weight.
