China is one of the base of energy resources especially coal resources are abundant. With the growing demand of coal, geological hazards due to the "three-below" coal mining are increasingly serious.A large area of gob has already formed under the ground, the overlying rock is out of shape and break under the self-supporting effect and this part affect the earth's surface, make it movement and deformation, and then Causing different degree damage to building on the gob. Therefore, how to make an accurate and reasonable scientific evaluation is of great significance.Considering the complicated influencing factors of the building damage evaluation, the problem of how to reasonably establish a building damage evaluation system in judging the building's extent of damage is becoming the hot topic of experts and scholars. Aming at the shortage of selecting influencing factors, this paper analyses the influencing factors with mechanics theory and subsidence mining theory on 29 factors spread across four areas:mining method and geological conditions, building feature, the soil feature under the building foundation; other factors. Using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method build a model of mining subsidence area building damage judging system, which not only converts the traditional evaluation method based on a small amount of influence factors, qualitative description, semi-quantitative analysis of evaluation to a new one based on multi influence factors, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also turns the whole evaluation to a quantitative calculation process. Emphasis on the analyze of the principle of index system the establishment, the computing method of weight algorithm for the indicators factors, the establishment of subjection function, etc. Apply the model to evaluate the Zhangzhuang village committee building in Xiaonan mining area of Tiefa, which obtains its damage grade. The results agree satisfactorily with the traditional evaluation results, possessing certain accuracy and practicability.
