Micro fluidic system is an important branch of MEMS, and has been a hot research object.As the concernful actuators of the microfluidic system, micropumps have become the signsof its development level.This paper presents a new concept of designing and fabricating glass valveless micro-pump.This micropump drafts the liquids into the inlet by the capillary force, then ejects thembasing on the digital micro fluidic technology. Then, this paper presents the horizontaldevice to fabricate the microfluidc objects, based on the principle that the vitreous materialcould be molded when it be semi-molten. The device could produces micro-needles,microchannels and so on. The valveless micro pump was fabricated by the device. Bydoing research on the drive-control experiments, fluid from this micropump could makesup a pulsating flow or continuous flow by different control, the volumes of which are tiny,reaching the level of nano-litre. At the same time, the stroboscopic system was built,according to the analyze of the images, take the result that the pumping speak velocity isabout 0.2m/s.The three-dimension scaffold adhered by cells is the key part of the tissue engineering.This paper presents the principium model of the three-dimension scaffold made bymicro-solid light chisel technology. Then, it presents cell pointing feeding to the scaffoldby digital valveless micro pump.The pumped cells would be injected one by oneefficiently.This paper described the movement analyze of micro-fluid in digital valvelessmicro-pump.Micro-fluid in valveless micro-pump, is considered to separate into the borderflow and the mid-flow, for the mural infection and the viscous force. This paper gives themid-flow movement expressions and figures that the mid-flow lags behind the border flowfrom the analyze on dynamics.
