Micro-chemical reactions are an important research direction of micro fluidic system. Micro-reaction has the broad application prospect in many fields, such as chemical reactions and synthesis drug development, biotechnology, food industry, and so on. The traditional continuous flow micro-reactor, which has the limit to the mix liquid, greatly limits the domain of application. The requests which have the interior moving parts (micro-pump or micro-valve) leading quite complex of the shape increase the difficulty of fabrication. At present a micro-reactor is specially designed according to some concrete application at domestic and foreign. The principle, designs and manufactures various aspects which have the greatly strengthened targeted do not have the versatility. So realizing new driving technology having no special request to the reaction liquid is an important topic of micro-reaction technology research. The design of micro-fluidic device and fabrication and application of micro reactors is also important to research.There are some creative theories in the technology of pulse driving and controlling of micro-fluids. The paper uses the technology of pulse driving and controlling of micro-fluids in the transmission of micro-reaction and micro-conversion and has the theoretical analysis of flow characteristics about the theory of fluid in the transmission of micro-tubes. Under the guidance of the result of theoretical analysis it has the basic experiment of the material of micro-transfer, design the device of micro-fluid, analyze the principle of impact-disturbance-polymerization and new anticancer photosensitive material.Liquid-solid two phase coupling actuation principle under the inertia force leadership is proposed in the paper using the micro-scale characteristic fully. The stickiness fluidic flow quality theory is analyzed in the one-dimensional symmetrical round micro-channel. The numerical simulation of micro-transfer and micro-injection are given.One-dimensional system of digital micro-transmission experiment is built and the influence experiment on driving voltage, driving frequency and micro-channel diameter are carried. Digital micro-jetting has the high resolution, good stability homogeneous and broad applicability. The experiment results showed:under the technology of pulse driving and controlling of micro-fluids, the micro-reactors digitized micro-feeding could achieve high resolution and good stability.The micro measurement system is built to measure the related parameter of digitized micro-jetting system. Using the refractive index fluid method realized the measurement of related parameters and solved the phenomenon of refraction in level method. Using optical micro-distance measuring feet straight test method and image processing method realized the measurement of the micro-droplet. Using the stroboscopic imaging technology realized the measurement of the droplet's speed.One micro-fluidic device preparation apparatus is designed and developed according to quartz glass forming characteristic. Some micro fluidic devices, such as micro injectors and micro X-way channels and so on, are fabricated. The Y type of non-coaxial eccentric countercurrent micro-reactor is designed. The fabricated method of digitized micro-reactor is studied. the plate with the laser etching technique on the basis of the PMMA material, the micro-channels are bonded into the plate, thus the reactor is completed possessing micro characteristic non micro-shape.Micro-reactors is neither inner moving parts nor embedded microcircuit, smooth glass channel surface, which can be driven easily, and reduced the difficulty of manufacture and the cost.The digital micro chemical reaction way is selected. The digital micro-reaction principal is analyzed. The Signal envelope of material transportation is established. The experiment study of digital micro-reactor are conducted and the experiment system is built.Micro-biomedicine application research, the three metal fluorescence porphyrin synthesize reactions are carried out. The reaction time reduces greatly and the temperature of reaction reduces greatly than the convention.
