In the recent years, as the development of society and economy, water resources are polluted more and more seriously and this kind of cases happen sometimes in different places. However, the requirement for the water quality becomes higher and higher in our country. In 2006, our country constituted a new standard for drinking water. At the same time, the routine technologies used in waterworks are hard to solve the pollution problems and cannot satisfy the requirement of people for the water quality. Therefore, according to the features of water source and water quality, the research of safe, high-efficient and low-consumed drinking water treatment technologies has an importantly practical and strategic meaning.With the water source in Tianjin as research objects and practical projects'application as the aim, the research makes a series of experiments. According to the water features in Tianjin and water quality by steps, based on the technologies suitable for the water source and water quality in Tianjin, these experiments fix on combination optimization treatment system suitable for water source in different periods and have got a great achievement.Firstly, we clusteringly analysed the water source in Luan River and Huang River in the method of Wards. We found that Luan River had 3 different periods of water quality and Huang River had 2. Having fixed on different periods, we distilled important information from different periods using the gene analytical method. Through above analysis, the three periods of Luan River was divided into high-temperature and high-algae period, low-temperature and low-tubidity period and conventional period; the two periods of Huang River was divided into high-pollution period and low-pollution period. Then we analysed the water source in time sequence and got the changing function of main pollutants as time changes, which provided important proof for the long-term design of water treatment system.According to the characteristics of influent water quality, we started from the study of integrated cells such as enhanced coagulation, enhanced filtration, advanced treatment, safety disinfection. And we took an evaluation for the effectiveness of the integrated cells. From the study we can say that Pre-oxidation have some good effects, such as reducing the dose for coagulation, polishing the effluent water quality of filtration. Powder activated carbon treatment can improve the effluent quality. Enhance flocculation, enhanced floatation, enhanced filtration all can improve the removal efficiencies of organisms, turbidity and algae. Ozone oxidized activated carbon treatment technology can effectively remove all kinds of organisms exists in the water.The disinfection process of the sequential disinfection process with short-term free chlorine plus chloramines controlled both pathogenic microorganisms and disinfection by-products safely and economicallyBased on the integration framework construction of the unit of treatment system, the paper aimes at the original water quality of four different periods including constant periods of water resource, high and normal concentration of alga in Luan-He River and lower and higher contaminated period of water resource in Yellow River, We investigated and estimated systematically the assembled treatment system which was in the way of intensifying the conventional treatment process with deep treatment system. In the period of high concentration of alga in Luna-He River, three applicable intensified conventional assembled treatment systems were voted in 32 different kinds of conventional and intensified conventional systems. It was observed that air floating system assembled with ozone-bio-active carbon and intensified conventional system assembled with ozone-bio-active carbon system could fulfill all the requirement of water quality safety of water supply. In the period of normal water quality of Luna-He River, the present study proved that HPAC intensified coagulation, air floating and filtrating could satisfy the safety requirements of water supply compared with 7 different intensified conventional treatment systems. In the research of 5 kinds of depply assembled treatments, results indicated that conventional treatment system assembled with ozone-bio-active carbon system was the most optimum treatment system for water from Luna-He River.According to the characteristics of water quality of the Yellow River during the period of low pollution, three different treatment systems were selected from fourteen routine or enhanced-routine treatment systems. It was showed that the treatment system combined by enhanced-routine treatment systems and ozone bioactive carbon was the best one among the twelve treatment systems. The research on the thirteen selected routine and enhanced-routine treatment systems with the water from high-polluted Yellow River proved that the removal efficiencies of these treatment systems were not as good as expected. According to the further study on these treatment systems, the treatment system of ozone pre-oxidation - air flotation - filtration - ozone bioactive carbon was showed to be the best one.Lastly, on the basis of mathematic methods, from the point of view of economy and technique, we further optimized the treatment systems to satisfy different influent water . We found a good method for Luanhe river with high algae"HPAC enhanced flocculation, air floatation process-filtration-oxidation activated carbon system"with low treatment cost, 0.64yuan/m~3. Also, a method suitable for Huanghe River with low pollution"HPAC enhanced flocculation, air floatation process-filtration-activated carbon, with a treatment cost of 0.57yuan/m~3;A method suitable for Huanghe with high pollution is"Ozone pre-oxidation - HPAC enhanced flocculation, air floatation process-filtration-ozone biofilm activated carbon".Above all, we finally set up a perfect water treatment system suitable for Tianjin city: HPAC enhanced flocculation, air floatation process-filtration-oxidation activated carbon system-disinfection.
