The automobile has become"the second living space"for human being except that the house.The air quality inside automobile influences on drivers and passengers directly.The automobile cabin is so small that significant amount of air pollutants are gathered here.This deteriorates the air quality inside automobile directly.This dissertation introduces the present status and countermeasures of air pollutants inside automobile,and studies the composition and formation mechanism of the air pollutants. Research shows that nanometer photo-catalytic purification is one of the most reasonable measures.This dissertation develops an analog test and control system for air pollutants degradation. The test accuracy of HCHO sensor is 0.01×10-6,which can monitor the air pollutants in the testing chamber continuously and carry out data collection and analysis.The photo-catalyzer is nano-TiO2 photo-catalytic Meta-alkalescency liquid in the test system.In the liquid,the content of TiO2 is less than 2.89%and the mean diameter of nano-TiO2 particle is 4-12nm.The particle shape is nearly spherical.There are obvious anatase structure characteristic diffraction peaks in the XRD detection map.It is suitable for air pollutants purification inside automobile.The dissertation carried out the reaction kinetics analysis of the sprayed carrier surface, and put forward the photo-catalytic purification rate equation under ideal state.The analysis indicated that the test system is monomolecular and no temporary reaction substance photo-catalytic system under assumed conditions of the reaction interface is ideal surface and the test chamber is charged with HCHO only.This dissertation considered that genetic algorithm is more suitable for parameter estimation of complicated environment modeling than others in the test system.For this reason, the author builds a mathematical model for test system with genetic algorithm under low-concentration range and various conditions.The mathematical expression is cA=cA(0)eala.The theory agreed with test well and can guide engineering applications.Within the research range,it carried out reaction kinetics analysis on the mathematical model under various conditions.The analysis indicated that the model accord with Langmuir—Hinshelwood kinetics equation in the process of reaction,and the reaction order is first order. This dissertation builds the mathematical model for illumination area and photo-catalytic purification rate and they have a good linear relationship.This dissertation studies the photo-catalytic purification efficiency of various homogeneous materials inside HFJ7110 automobile.The result shows that the efficiency of homogeneous textile is better than other homogeneous carriers for HCHO photo-catalytic purification and it is the best carrier.The research of photo-catalytic purification efficiency under various conditions in the analog environment of automobile cabin shows that the final HCHO purified efficiency is more than 90%.It lays a foundation for the further research on air pollutants purification technology.
