Armed helicopter is a killer weapon armament of Army Aviation, its mainly function is the first-line suppression, attacking surface armor and support of ground attack. In this issue, according to the request of General staff and General Armament Department, which is accelerating and developing the research of armament and technology simulation, and altering training mode of technology arms. As one of primary outcomes of some pre-research project 'XXX' of national defence, based on Transfer Matrix Method of Multi-body System, dynamic simulation software of Solid-works and COSMOS-Motion, the structural dynamics and launch dynamics of armed helicopter and airborne aerogun is researched. A three-dimension visualization virtual model of armed helicopter and airborne aerogun is established for the first time at home, and the mechanism dynamics simulation and analysis of armed helicopter is accomplished, which provides loading and virtual reality flat roof for the analysis of structure strength, dynamic design, performance forecasting and evaluation, and failure diagnosis. In this paper, a virtual reality training system of armed helicopter and airborne aerogun is built which is consistent with actual round training, therefore, the problem of simulation operation and un-actual round training is solved.In this issue, the launch dynamics of aerogun of armed helicopter is studied by Transfer Matrix Method of Multi-body System for the first time, the launch dynamics mode of multi-rigid-flexible-body system of helicopter, projectile, gun, propellant, and weapon system have been constituted, and the difficult problem of fast computation for natural vibration characteristic have been solved. The computation procedure for numerical simulation of launch and aviate dynamics of aerogun of armed helicopter has been programmed, the vibration characteristic, dynamics response, projectile motion in bore, exterior ballistics, and fire density have been acquired by simulation, the quantitive relations between fire density and system global parameters have been established.The research results of this paper provide basal theory and critical technology for analysis of structure strength, dynamic design, performance forecasting and evaluation, failure diagnosis, and simulated training of military forces.
