The concept of forest ecosystem management was initiated from America in 90's, the experiment was started in state forest farm and some applied theories and means were formed. The works of forest ecosystem management was begun at the end of last century. There were not uniform ideas known by people in China. The some cases of forest ecosystem management were studied on the restoration and succession of communities. The research essentials of forest ecosystem management were structure adjusted and adaptive mechanism created, and maintained integrality, durative of ecosystem function, stability ecosystem exuberance and lasting productivity. It was significant for studying on the theories, technology and means of forest ecosystem management.Utilizing the GIS platform, the forest ecosystem function value was evaluated by function value ways, the means of forest ecosystem management were based on the characteristics ecosystem, under the classification management system and method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis the management types were organized in landscape scale, the system structure and technologies of close-to-nature management were simulated by Monte Carlo means, the relation of the stand factors was studied and his cointegrate system was constructed by cointegrate technology, the adaptive model was created by cointegrate system, the analytical mode of the ingredients among ecosystem, society and nature was established.The ecology value, social value and economic value were estimated by shadow price, simulate market. The total value of the forest ecosystem was RMB 46 810 000. The ratio of direct economy benefit and indirect economy benefit was 1:23. The ecology value of ecosystem was RMB 440 080 000, the social value of the ecosystem was RMB5 540 000, economical value of the ecosystem was RMB 19 190 000. The bearing capacity for productivity value of industrial is RMB 10 2980000 and for commissariat productivity is 12 470 744kg. The environmental degradability for CO2 is 144 705 875kg, converting into 328 877 000kg standard coal, for SO2 is 364 414kg, converting into 18 221 000kg standard coal. Summary the structure of ecosystem was in reason, the function was perfect and the ecology function value was high.Under the theory of classified management and the principle of ecology, the theory and technique were lay out. The ecosystem in experiment was divided to 2 types,5 sub-types. The principle for the forest ecosystem management includes reservation the most of landscape types existed, spreading climax community and advancing intensive management. According to the conception and characteristic of forest ecosystem management, the forest ecosystem management decision models were deduced basing on close-to-nature management technology. The function and effect of models was test by computer with Monte Carlo and by experiment stand. The models aim of decision was gotten easily. The models were with simple, maneuverability and they were an ideal former.The Monte Carlo was applied in modeling stand diameter and modeling forest ecosystem management. The algorithm was put for the models. The simulating method was a new attempt in forest research. According to the aim of forest ecosystem management, the management decision factors were put basing on close-to-nature management technology. These factors included diversity index, neighborhood, neighborhood comparison, minimum radius, aim index, health index and space density. The decision rules of the factors were lay out.According to the regeneration traits of the forest, the 2 models were constructed and they were simulated by computer. The simulation conclusions show the models could get their aims. The models maintained the structure and function of the system and resumed climax community and nature of the system. The Model 1 achieved uniformity distribution of trees in the system. The model 2 achieved gaps for regenerations in the system.The stand constituted the forest ecosystem. The stand factors were attributes of stand and they were the attributes factors of forest ecosystem. The changes of the stand impacted the variety of the system. The relations and rules of height and DBH were studied by cointegrate theory, and adaptive model was constructed by cointegrate system. The diameter of breast height and the tree height belong to Granger causality each other when lagging number equates 1, it is logical to build the models between the diameter and height for the reason. The height is Granger causality of the diameter but the diameter isn't the causality of the height when logging number equates 2. The intercomparison of effects of the diameter and height each other, the effect of the height is far-reaching. The height is been more attention for maintaining its'effect on the diameter in culture the forest.The forest ecosystem was complex system, it was impacted by numerous factors, and they included system factors, social factors and environmental factors. They interlaced each other. The analysis model was constructed for researching these complex factors. The ecosystem was a multi-aims system. The aims included economic aims, social aims and ecology aims. The topside of the model was aim, the second layers was environmental factors, the third and fourth was intension management factors, the fifth was input output ratio, and the sixth was landscape factors.The creative ideals: (1) The new principles and method were educed for forest ecosystem management.(2) The Monte Carlo simulation was used in modeling stand and modeling management of the system, it was a new way for studying forest.(3) The quantitative decision elements and the decided technique of the element were issued. Basing the conception of forest ecosystem management, the decision-making models of management were constructed with the elements.(4) Basing on the cointegrate system theory, the adaptive model of stand factors was created.(5) Basing on the analysis model theory, the analysis model of forest ecosystem factors was created.At present the research of forest ecosystem management is a focus and difficult. There wasn't a uniform conception for the ecosystem management. Its theory and technology were faultiness and there wasn't a feasible means for management. The research was used for reference in the theory and method of management ecosystem and was provided for forest produce. The forest ecosystem management was an active adjustment and interference on the ecosystem. The cutting intensity was an important economical and technical index. The adjustment intensity and process were impacted by cutting intensity. It was an important how to deicide the cutting intensity for management ecosystem.
