| It is of great economic and academic value to research and develop MicroProces sor-contrOll edprecision corn seeding system for the design of new toe Pr'eCision seeding machine and for improvingseeding quality at complicated sdrice condihons. Although it is a little later than foreign countries,Chinese agricultUral machine automahon work has been keeping itS steady step forward. Especiallyrecent years with the rapid electronjc teclinology development and price declining, it will beabsolutely possible for us to research and develop high- precision, full-automahon and inexPensit!ecorn seeding machLine.Extension of precision seeding technologr' is a revolution in the development of apculforal.technology and is of great significance. precision seeding will help us to save labor and seeds, toenhance labor effeetiveness and to increase 3deld by evenly placing seeds. Because of the complekity ofthe sallce of theng field, at present the quality of seedng on the conservation tillape land is lowerthan tradihonal hllage land, distanee between seedlings being not whfonnly, occurring absentseeding and even whole absent rows of seedings. ln order to improve the quality of precession sewhng,it is necessary to adopt extraordinary measures. M icroproces s or-controll ed corn preeis ion seedingsystem stUdy in the paper is an attempt to solve this absent seeding problem by combining mechbocsand electronics. In the paper, a successful development of a set of useful System combined with microprocessoris introduced which detectS and supplements absent seeds. This system combines computer and. mechbocal measurement. improving itS capacity. It will be used in measurill several items related toseedin, in driproving preeision, effeehveness and reducing cost.l) Central circuit control panel is designed using AT89C5l. LEDs on the mainboard.indicahng and alann lights are employed for showing System status such as feeding pipe, supplement system, seed piPe, fenilizer and seed quanhty, etc..2) Absent seed supplement system is designed. The transducer exactly detectS and transfersabsence informahon timely to the CPU (=89C5l), whjch orders step motor and compressair to send seed, and at the same hme through U-tw pipe supplement absence, thuseIthancing seedin effeChveness and produchvity.3) Pipe-clog free system has been designed. Whn the transducer deteds pipe clog, thesystem auomatically and hmely alanns and sends high-pressure air streaIn to blow out the. clog. ttis system will improve seeding quality fUfther and reduce labor intensity, improve produchvity'.4) Measurement system that measures the quantity of fenilizer and seed in the box have beendesigned. Wth the sensor installed in those boxes measdrig the quanhty of fenilizer andseed in them, when there is no enough fenilizer and seed, the system willllautomatically inform the driver to supply fertilizer and seeds timely, thus improvingseeding quality and effectiveness. The result shows that the functions of this system are feasible and the study is been successful. It is merely an investigating research, and many results have not reached to the stage of application. Because of the restriction of time and capability, I am afraid I have made so many mistakes and faults, which I hope to revise with the kind advice of the readers. |
