As one of the most important part of farming,seeder performance has huge influence on the growth and yield of crops.But there are some factors leading to leak seeding,such as empty metering device,blocked grain tube,the blockage of opener and so on when sowing machines operate.With the popularity application of precision seeder and wide usage of sowing machines,there are important significances to solve the leak seeding which have serious affection on sowing qualities.Meanwhile,the study of designing leak seeding of precision seeder automatic seeding system had great meaning to the improvement of agricultural product and the saving of social labor.This paper is aimed at the problems of traditional seeding methods,and designs a leak detection and automatic seeding system based on PLC by reading plenty of materials and the study situation all over the world.The controller part is as PLC as the core,which achieve the timely reseeding area by setting up automatic seeding system.This paper analysis the situation of metering device of precision seeding,chooses the reasonable sensors,and establishes the installation of position of the metering device.Meanwhile,this paper analysis the programming and control characteristics of PLC,selects the series of FX2 N to detection control which is more advanced and widely used in Mitsubishi.This paper achieves the detective performance of precision seeding system and designs the audible and visual alarm system with leakage fault.By using the GPPw3.0(GX developer),the ladder diagram of control system is written.In order to greatly improve the production quantity and efficiency of precision seeder,seeding leakage alarm and automatic seeding are achieved by combining machines with electronics.The concrete content includes three aspects:1?In order to monitor the process of the whole seeding planting condition,the system of leakage detection seeding is designed.When there are no seed normally falling,alarm system and automatic seeding system are needed to start.2?The leakage alarm system is designed which contains two parts: sound alarm and light alarm.This system reminds the drivers of the fault and solves the problems timely.3?The design of reseeding system.By PLC detecting the leakage signals,reseeding system starts the stepper motor and replants seed implements reseeding to avoid the occurrence of large leakage.In the actual process of debugging,when the programs of PLC are normally running and basically achieved the requirements of detecting seeding condition and timely reseeding.The hardware part of the system has greatly innovation especially the design of reseeding device and the study before installation.This part can solve the precise reseeding problems with movable device.The program control are more easily and flexibly to revise than single chip and extending other functions are easily realized.In the end,by considering the bad environment of precision seeder,this system cannot run normally and safety with outside interferences.In order to remove and reduce the influence of outside,the main source of interference is analyzed and the related reasonable measures are proposed.
