Chinese pig production represent a major part of world's, but production efficiency is not so high, equivalent to world's average level. Pig genetics and breeding is major way to araise pig production performance and production efficiency. Aim of this study was offering theory base and practice guarantee for quality pig breeding and production in China.A bioeconomic computer model was constructed to simulate biological and economic inputs and outputs for life cycle pork production. Parameters and relationships used were developed and verifiedby comparison with experimental results in the literature. The bioeconomic model was constructed by several modules such as nonproduction days modul, pregnancy modul. lactation modul, and modul for feeder and slaughter etc. The result is:(1) Simulated model was efficient method to research factors' effect and their interactions in pig production system.(2) The bioeconomic computer model was efficient way to describe pig production system and research factors' effect and their interactions.(3) Traits in the model were: oestrus traits; mature weight and feed requirements of sows; longevity of sows; litter traits; growth rate and daily feed intake of young pigs and of fatteners; mortality rate of pigs; PSE incidence and carcass traits.(4) Sow longevity is 2.12 years and yearly culling rate is 47.20%. Yearly farrowing sow is 2.08 and total numbers of farrowings per purchased gilt is 4.62.(5) Average litter size total born is 11.23, litter size born alive is 10.40, litter size weaned is 8.80.(6) After calculation of the efficiency in simulation situation, production cost of one piglet just farrowing is 124.74 yuan (RMB), 152.14 yuan (RMB) for per feeder, 649.09 yuan (RMB) per slaughter P'g-(7) Economic value (yuan RMB / slaughter pig) of most economic important traits were: -0.1130 (day-1) for age at first oestrus; -0.4346 (day-1) for interval weaning-oestrus; 13.3013 (pig-1litter-1) for litter size born alive; 6.2843(50g-1 day-1) for growth rate of feeder; 5.4402 (80g-1 day-1) for growth rate of fatteners; -1.7875(%) for mortality rate of piglets in sucking period; 4.9916 (%) for lean content.
