China is a large agricultural country, there are abundant resources of crop straw, it was estimated that the amount of crop straw is 5.7 ×10~8t every year and it was the important feed resource of the ruminate animals. With the development of technology and science, now more people become to pay attention to the question of straw synthetic utilizing, it is important that converting agricultural wastes into solid forage of high quality by biomass conversion technology for ecological environment and agricultural sustainable development. And it is meaning that being hard up foodstuff and reducing dosage of forage. The solid forage may increase intake and enhance digestibility to animal, more and more people attach importance to converting straw into briquettes with certain shape and density by mechanical pressing. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the mechanism of hydraulic press and forage realized industrial management of straw and then promoted industrialization of the forage.This paper attempts to straw as object of study, with the help of a corn straw fabric characteristic and component and analysis the characteristic of material and compress. Utilizing to the equipment of closed-end loop die study the principle of working and mechanism of shaping. In the experimentation of compressed maize stalk, I study influence of shaping at element of water content, smash-granularity, body-spiral and distance between the push and press-roller through the four, single factor experiments, respectively. And the effect of different factor on shaping procession smash-resistance, press-resistance and volume density were also determined.The filling process of the mechanism is one of key parts, the quality of briquetting decided by mechanism. This paper analyses the current and forces in the filling part and movement condition of straw through computer simulation and computer animation. And it supplies technical support and legal basis for the development of briquetting mechanism.
