The technique methods of grassland construction should take relative methods according to different ecology region. The swamp meadow of Sanjiang Plain has its particular geography, soil, water cycle and heat energy translation etc. We selectively took different technique combination to do some emphasis research about native grassland and artificial grassland construction of Sanjiang Plain for long time, and obtained much base data and research results.We found that fine the "fire management" is one of the most important effectively improvement the grassland vegetation, increased the grassland forage biomass about more than 16.5t/hm~2, but the frequent fire lead vegetation to become short and lead biomass to decrease, the fire will effect the community structure for 11yr. We found the seed before fire can improve the germination rate of vetch greatly, and improve the vegetation structure and increase grassland output and feeding value. On the other hand, we confirmed that fire can change the community structure. The research result of cultivation measure showed that soil nutrition is the important method to improve the productivity of Deyeuxia angustifolia swamp meadow, if we can change non-soil nutrition, we can improve the grassland productivity, and change the wrong idea that "more water" is the lead factor for Deyeuxic angustifolia life.We found the much N,P,K fertilizer(750kg/ hm~2) can increase the effect, and solved the problem that the soil of rich K can increase the output when fertilize the fertilizer K. In the construction of artificial grassland, we can improve the alfalfa output through increasing soil bulk water amount and improving shortage oxygen by deep loose soil. The methods of putting out grass closely and seeding in autumn are very importanhet to plant artificial grassland. The main reason of alfalfa death is the second over winter, not the over winter difficulty. The usage deadline of alfalfa production is the first frost period, the root distribution, content of total sugar, double sugar and reducing sugar confirmed that the usage of theory "the last usage in 30- 45d before frost" resulted the over winter in difficulty and decreased the output. It is the great innovation of destroying the ecology isolation to plant the Efymus chinensis triumphantly on acid soil, and provided a good theory base and application prospect for the wide usage of fine forage, and made biology characteristic of Efymus chinensis changed greatly, it is changed from gray green to yellow green, so we doubt that it is wrong to compartmentalize Efymus chinensis to yellow green ecology style, and not the result of insight variation for environment adaptation.The swamp meadow is the important grassland style in Sanjiang Plain, until now, it is no the report about integrated rehabilitation, so this research filled the blank of this grassland style, and provided amount of real information for grassland construction and integrated rehabilitation. We brought forward the high criterion of field standardization in base grassland construction, should take the theory "grassland environment fine and vegetation forage", forward unproved, forward construction, but not simple "ecology recovery of destroyed vegetation".
