This paper studies on the effects of Allium mongolicum regel and oilseeds on rumen fermentation , nutrient passage , digestion and meat quality in sheep.1. The contents of CP,Ca,P,EE and energy of several feedstuffs were assayed by normal methods, fatty acids compositions of CLA in several concentrates ,roughages and additives were analyzed by GAS- chromatogram with capillary pole. The results were shown that contents of CP,Ca,P,EE and energy were almost near to theory value; the content of linolenic acid in Allium mongolicum regel and linseed were higher, the content of linoleic acid in juteseed and Sunflower seed were higher, CLA content in linseed was highest.2.We Study on effects of different combination of roughage and concentrates and additive Allium mongolicum regel and oilseeds on rumen fermentation by batch incubation in vitro adopting single factors random experiment design. The selecting results were showed that regard corn stalk combination group as control group in all experiments; adding 4% Allium mongolicum regel and Agroup(4% Allium mongolicum regel +8% linseed seed + 2% sunflower seed +2% juteseed )seed as experiment groups.3.3 healthy Mongolia wethers with permanent cunnulas, duodenum cunnulas and ileum cunnulas were used to study effects of 4% Allium mongolicum regel, 4% Allium mongolicum regel +8% Linseed +2%Sunflower seed +2% Juteseed on rumen inner-environment indexes, nutrient passage in the digestive tract, digestibility, fatty acids of different digestive tract segments , digestion and metabolism in the condition of ratio of concentrate to roughage 30:70 adopting 3 X 3 latin design. Results were shown that pH and lipase activity of two adding groups in the rumen were increased significantly (P<0.05), but its NH3-N concentrate, TVFA concentrate and quantify of infusorian were decreased significantly (P<0.05); BCP concentrate of adding Allium mongolicum regel was increased significantly (P<0.05); adding Allium mongolicum regel +oilseeds made BCP concentrate significantly decrease(P<0.05).Two adding groups had not significant effects on solid passage of the digestive tract all segments (P>0.05), liquid dilution decreased significantly in the duodenum(P<0.05), liquid dilution in other segments had no significant effects(P>0.05), total passage in the rumen was highest in 4% Allium mongolicum regel group and that in the duodenum in two...
