The forest is the biggest ecosystem on earth, and its biodiversity is extremely rich, playing a important role in maintaining ecological equilibrium. Studying on the biodiversity has very important theory and practical significance, which can provide credible basis for the biodiversity protection, the ecological restoration and reconstruction, establishing durative using measure. This passage has studied on the biodiversity and its ecosystem service value in the Wuling Mountain nature reserve:1 Through surveyed and analyzed the overall multiplicity of 7 kind of main forests community types by using the sample plot survey to Wuling Mountain.The result indicated: speaking of the multiplicity from high to low:Tilia mongolica forests > birch forests > populus tremuloides forests >Pinus tabulaeformis forests > Larix principis-rupprechtii forests > populus davidiana forests > Mongolian oak forests. The ecology breadth, the strong adapting forest type biodiversity must be higher than the ecology narrow, adapting weakly. Broadly distributes, the condition of local growth good forest type biodiversity must be higher than the distribution centralism, the condition of local growth worse. This research investigates to the animal type includes: The amphibious reptile has 3 item 5 branches 7 kinds; The birds have 6 item 19 branches 47 kinds; The beasts have 5 item 19 kinds, to animal's investigation this result is the gradual achievement, this work also is carrying on.2 Through investigation, Researched on factors about affect forests biodiversity in Wuling Mountain. Researched on the impacts of three main terrains factors(aspect, slope degree, altitude) on the forests biodiversity about terrain factors, and has established mathematical models about the three factors and the biodiversity. The result indicated that: The forests biodiversity in Wuling mountain is best at half shady side of a slope and half sunny slope, what is worst slope at the shady side of a slope and the sunny slope; The best slope degree are the mountain valley, the worst slope degree are the mountain ridge region; The forests biodiversity in Wuling mountain is best at the center altitude about 1500m, what is worst at below above low altitude 500m and upper 1800m. About the other factors that influence the forest biodiversity, we has studied the disturbance hat influence the forest biodiversity, also has established the mathematical model about the disturbance and the biodiversity。The result indicated that, in the moderate disturbance situation the forest biodiversity is higher, but further strengthens the disturbance, the forest biodiversity reduces.In view of the P.tabulaeformis forests, Researched on the impact of stand factors on the forests biodiversity, Mainly on the density, the origin and site condition...
