This paper has studied the root distribution, biomass, stand biomass, Ferment activity of woods and seedlings; isoenzyme , and the in–bodies changing law of Cu , Mo , poly-phenol oxidize [PPO] and ascorbic oxidize [ACO] ; with the 3-years-old changing bed LPR, we have studied the relationship that the ferment activity of Poly-phenol oxidize (PPO) Superoxidase Dismutase(SOD) and the laws of year-changing of nutrient elements[Copper(Cu), Zinc(Zn), Magnesium(Mg), Potassium(K), Calcium(Ca), Iron(Fe)] under four different treatments with resistant ability of LPR . The results show that , [1]The singe tree biomass of LPR artificial stands is variable with diameter class . We can use the mathematics model(Y=A+BX) to calculate the biomass of the LPR artificial stands .[2]There are great changes for the root biomass of various diameter class of LPR artificial stands. The changing range of the root biomass increases with the increase of the diameter class range, having an extreme positive relationship. [3]The total reserves of Cu in the tested stands is 0.5894kg/hm2 . For each organ , the root (≤2mm) has the highest content of Cu(13.79mg/kg) , trunk being the second and multi-years branches being the lowest . The total reserve of Mo in the LPR artificial tested stands is 0.7140kg/hm2. For each organ, the trunk has the highest content (12.47mg/kg), one–year branches being the second and the multi-years branches being the lowest.[4]The yearly returned amount of Cu is 39.49 percent of the yearly absorbed amount. The keeping amount is 60.51 percent of all. The yearly amount of Mo is 40.79 percent of the absorbed amount, and keeping amount is 59.21 percent of the total.[5]The content and living ability of the PPO in various organs are extremely different. The content and living ability of the different PPO in the same organ are in the different time also notably different. In the bodies of LPR, the yearly changing law of the ferment in each organ is not completely the same , but they all have two same notable peaks in one year . It is one of the basic conditions of cold-resistant of LPR。The generalcharacteristics of ACO are : A. having a higher living in the root(≤2mm) , B in the growing season , C in the top log , leaves , one-year branches and in seedlings leaves .[6]Through the analysis of fuzzy and cluster , we have known that the Cu content in each organ of the old LPR has some characteristics and law .One obvious characteristic is that trunk is always in the smallest amount class at different times , which indicates that the accumulation of trunk volume consumes a little Cu , which is beneficial to the small closed circulation of LPR artificial forest , In most months , the Cu content(≤2mm root) in that result forms one class and the amount is always the biggest , which indicates the Cu has relation with the cold-resistant of the root(≤2mm) . [7]SOD activity under Cu Zn interaction is obviously higher than the contrast, PPO is beneficial to improving the LPR's resistant ability of cold...
