In this paper, with the 3-old years LPR, we have studied the relationship that the ferment activity of Poly-phenol oxidase(PPO) Superxidase Dismutase(SOD) and the laws of year-changing of nutrient elements[Copper(Cu), Zinc(Zn), Magnesium(Mg), Potassium(K), Calcium(Ca), Iron(Fe)] under four different treaments with resistant ability of LPR, the results show that: 1) SOD have intimate relationship with LPR's resistant ability, SOD activity under Cu Zn interaction is obviouly higher than the contrast, Zn is beneficial to the effect of Cu on SOD with indirect effect; 2) PPO is beneficial to improving the LPR's resistant ability of cold and growing, the content-changing of Cu have relationship with PPO activity changing, Zn have indirect effect on PPO activity changing, PPO activity can increase under Cu treatment or Cu Zn interaction; 3) Cu treatment or Cu Zn interaction can improve the content of Cu on each organs of LPR, Zn treatment or Cu Zn interaction can improve the content of Zn on each organs of LPR; 4) The content of Cu Zn have positive relationship with LPR's growing and resistant ability; 5) Mg, K, Ca, Fe have active relationship with LPR's high-growing, and also are very important elements on it's growing; 6) The effect on the content of Mg, K, Ca, Fe have no obvious laws with various treatments.
