Study on the Beijing nature reserve's spatial distribution, we draw the vectorization of Beijing nature reserve's boundary, regard the nature reserve as a patch, according to the different location, calculated the Aggregation index, and put forward the hypothesis of three zones. On this basis, this paper calculated the Mean Nearest Neighbor Distance between different nature reserves to prove the rationality of three zones. Based on the data of forestry inventory, we analysis on the land use structure among the three zones, planing the two corridor to connection the different zone, which named the West Mountains Corridor and East Water Corridor, that is the Three Zone Two Corridor pattern. On the basis of above, this paper used the method of lap analysis to study the relationship of the vegetation and Beijing nature reserve. The data which this paper used is from Beijing foresty research in 2004(not including the five circle), corrding to the different vegetation we divided into 11 different area then stack the vectorization of Beijing nature reserve's boundary to count how may vegetation are in the protect area. This paper study the small nature reserve in Beijing and the nature reserve's resource utilization problem, put forward the plan of the samll nature reserve and the utilization problem by the way of eco-tourism.And then, this paper study the relationship between ecological gradient and Beijing nature reserve, found the wetland type nature reserve in Beijing suffer more threat compare the forestry type nature reserve. So we use the methord of RAPPAM to analysis the threat of nature reserve, get the 20 effective copyAt last, we conclude the conclusion: the area of nature reserve in Beijing would arrive to 173 300hm2 in 2010, account for 10.56% in Beijing area.
