To provide new information regarding capillary network geometry in rat myocadium serve to understanding of oxygen transport to tissue and to evaluate the effect of some pathyological stress on the geometry of capillary networks.Sometimes the capillarity of left ventricular tissue of rats subjected to coronary artery occlusion and the old rat by the way of the double staining method.Up to date,relative report was not discovered in the nation. .2.To serve to gain a three-dimensional architecture of the myocardial microvascular casts were prepared by perfusion of the coronary arteries wtih methyl methacylate. The species variation of the coronary arteries among the human, pig and rat was evaluated. Methods: 1 .The double staining technique was established in the normal rats.Sixteen male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study (body mass300?0g) After anesthesia with sodium pentobarbital(4mgIl OOg i.p.),the colored microspheres with a diameter of l5jim,were injected into the coronary artery of the hearts,and then hearts were rapidly excised, wighcd and dipped in optimum cutting temperature compound(O.C.T.compound.) solution,frozen in liquid nitrogen and prepared for cryostat sectioning. ? ?
