Theoretical Study Of Storing And Distributing

The thesis first puts forward the conception of the regulating and controlling mechanism of "storing and distributing"and approaches the subject comprehensively and thoroughly from longitudinal and horizontal angles in the light of the quotation of the kidney to store the body's essence and the liver to maintain the smooth flow of Qi, which was advanced by ZhuDan-xi,a medical scientist in Yuan Dynasty. Longitudinally,the theory of storing and distributing is investigated in the original thinking environment. By reorganizing the sense of Liang - Yi and the conception of Yin-Yang in ancient philosophy and the relationships between them and theory system of TCM,and the mechanism of storing and distributing repectively,and by observing and studying the effect of the sense of Liang-Yi in Danxi Dynasty on medicine as well as the effect of rationalistic Confucian philosophy on Danxi,it is pointed out that the sense of Liang-Yi is the deepest thought source of the mechanism of storing and distributing. Horizontally,first ,by explaining the meanings of the words "storing and distributing"and analysiz-ing the conceptions of storing and distributing of Zangfu-organs as well as the liver and kidney, the connotation of storing and distributing is identified "the functional mechanism to regulate and controll the storing and distributing of all the Zangfu-organs". Secondly,by analysizing the time and space characteristics of the liver and kidney as well as the special locations of Sping and Winter in the four seasons,it is stated that the liver and kid-ney's corresponding to Spring and Whiter indicates that the mechanism ofstoring -distributing plays a leading role for the function of the five Zang-organs storing and distributing . Then it is concluded that the physiological characteristics of the liver and kidney are the physiological basis of the mechanism of storing-distributing. Next,the opposition,mutual-restic-tion,mutual dependence,difference)balance of the mechanism are expounded. Thirdly, after discussing the conceptions of the instinct, structure and function of the Zangfu-organs as well as the inter-relationship it is obvious that the wide range of the storing-distributing conception being contained in the instincts of all the Zangfu-organs is the decisive factor which make the mechanism of storing - distributing regulate and controll. It is pointed out that the regulating and controlling object is the function which relates to the storing and distributing of all the Zangfu - organgs, and the mechanism of regulating and controlling is the feedback regulation. Then it is discussed that the mechanism of storing-distributing regulates and con-trolls the basic substances such as Qi,blood,body fluid and the mechanism is the source of life. Finally,the actual significance of the theory of storing and distributing is expounded theoretically and clinically,which reflects the characteristic and advantage of TCM clinical treatment. To sum up,the theoretical study of the mechanism of storing-distributing reaches high theoretical level and accords with clinical demands/Based on the development rule of TCM籺he study of the doctrine of the visceral figure is deepened further.
