Objective: The dialectical relationships of static and dynamic antinomy in the course of fracture healing are revealed in this dissertation. Based on the innovative research of intercross of various subjects, such as biology, mechanics, engineering science, physiology, bionics, kinematics, material science, and computer science etc... , experimental foundation of the remedial principles, combining of static and dynamic treatment, is established in the science of Chinese Orthopaedics & Traumatology Modern computer-based analysis methods are used to demonstrate the rationality of modern pattern of the Chinese medicine curing bone fracture, which exists in the philosophic field of science and technology. From several aspects, including the experimental study, validation of clinic, and the summarization of philosophy, the laws of control and feedback control action in the course of fracture healing under the combination of static and dynamic treatment are expatiated. New single side hydraulic-adjusted viscoelastic external fastened system are developed, which may be used to cure the fracture of backbone in the clinic practice. With the development of philosophy negation of negation, it is expected to initiate scientific directions in the fundamental research of combination of static and dynamic therapeutic principle in the science of Chinese Orthopaedics & Grammatology.Methods: With the application of the auto-organization theory of modern technology in dissipative structure system and under the guidance of three basic thinking (system theory and systemic methods, information theory and informational methods, and cybernetics and cybernetic methods) of systemic science, the core content of four principles of the clinic curing in the theoretical system of Chinese bone fracture (bone science which is the combination of Western medicine and Chinese medicine) are carefully studied in this paper, which is the experimental demonstration of the combination of static and dynamic treatment on bone fracture outer-fixing, and the systemic update of the content. Arm-type single-side hydraulic-adjusted viscoelastic external fastened system is designed, and 3-D finite element model are used to study the full procedure of concrescence of the shank and fibula fracture, including forepart of fracture, haematoma forming, fiber connecting in metaphase, curing in later stage and structure forming in anaphase. The model is established by the finite element method, in which hexahedron elements with eight nodes are used. Using the simulation of different materials (E is the elastic modulus; is the Poisson 's ratio; G is the shearing modulus), such as shank, fibula, arthrosises below or above the shank and fibula, ends of fracture, bracket (nail or perch), elastic end of bracket, the external fastened system of cms fracture are come true. This model has the advantages of whole movement, stable repetition, infinite loading, the showing of stresses during the whole course and computer-based analysis.Using SUPER --SAP V Software (super special finite element computing program), live crus scanned by CT in the whole course, several faults (n=28, h=5mm) of the shank and fibula, arthrosis ligament organization and external fastened frame structure are divided into 386 elements and 962 nodes. By the image of CT scanning, space position of 3-D special coordinate system is accurately establish to simulate 112 outer fixing models of the shank and fibula fracture and 35 various operating modes of the clinic, including analysis of three main parameters (Von-Mises Translation, x = 0, y = 0, z = 1) and 11760 experimental combination systems. Finally, by a great deal of contrast, filter and the analysis of previous testing, twelve common operating modes which accurately reflect the clinic testing, fourteen standard models are determined to apply.
