| This subject used modern scientific technology to study Miyankang Capsules based on the theory of TCM, including pharmacy, pharmacodynamics, toxicology, pharmacokinetics. The results show that taking chlorogenic acid as the index to select the process by the use of orthogonal design method, and the reasonability of the technology was verified by pharmacodynamical indexed. At the same time, the relate quality control standards were formulated for Miyankang Capsules.In addition, the Miyankang Capsules have the functions of obvious anti-inflammatory, clearing away heat, antibacterial, and promoting urination. The acute toxicity test and long-term toxicity test show that the capsules have no toxic effects and side effects, it is safe and reliable for clinic. During pharmocokinetic experiment, the improved boiled-water bath was used to treat serum sample for the first time. Two main ingredients of Miyankang Capsules, baicaline and chlorogenic acid were analyzed by HPLC method. Through the data analysis of 3P87 program, the results show that both the absorption of above two ingredients in the body were that one-compartment model with 1st order absorption. These results can provide important experiment proof for further dissemination of Miyankang Capsules.
